I caught on Lauren Rowe’s books early on. If I am not mistaken it was right after she published 2nd or 3rd book of The Club series and the rest is history 🙂 I am always looking forward to her new releases and I enjoyed each and every book she published. As for Swoon, it is simply swoony 🙂 Yeah I know I am not original at all but I think this is one of the best ways to describe this story.
Colin Beratta is the drummer of 22 Goats. After his bandmates and close friends all settled down, he also starts to think about having a serious relationship, but the fame and spotlight make it harder to find someone who will be with him because of him, not because he is the drummer of 22 Goats. Now he is back in his hometown to attend his best friend Logan’s wedding. Being at the wedding party will bring him an unexpected surprise, Amy Laverne O’Brain. Amy has been crushing on Colin as long as she has known herself and now after all these years, they are in the same room once again. From the moment Colin sees Amy, he is attracted to her. At first, he couldn’t recognize her but once he realizes who she is, he is shocked. Logan’s baby sister is not a baby anymore and the things Colin is feeling are nothing brotherly. They enjoy each other’s company and with the time they are spending together, their attraction is just getting stronger. Since she is his best friend’s sister and he has known has since she was a baby, Colin sees her as off-limits. But he is in for a treat, she makes everything more fun and makes it hard to stay away. Once they both gave in sparks are flying everywhere so make sure you have something around to cool yourself down.
Don’t miss out on this sweet, swoony, un-put-downable, and sizzling hot story. So, the biggest question for me is, will we get Kendrick from Fugitive Summer’s or C-bomb from Red Card Riot’s story next? Fingers crossed for C-bomb 🙂
Also, I love how Lauren Rowe brings all the songs from the books alive. I totally recommend you to check out the Spotify playlist for 22 Goats. It is an amazing experience to be able to listen to the songs of the hero and heroine while reading. There are also more songs on the River Records page on Lauren Rowe’s website.

You enjoyed this one more than I did, and I love Rowe’s books. I just had a hard time with some of the dynamics, but loved the way it ended.
