I love Emma Hart. She is one of my favorite author’s. I read almost all her books and really enjoyed them. After reading the end of Mia and West’s story, I was looking forward read Beckett’s story.
Beck is a smart, sexy, rich playboy, who owns two strip clubs called Landing Strip and Rock Solid with his best friend West. Cassie is single mom, who works as a stripper in Landing Strip in order to take care of her daughter. She is struggling financially and her only option for work is stripping even though she hates herself doing it.
After seeing something is off about Cassie’s performance one night, Beckett realizes something is wrong and asks Cassie to come to his office and while trying to make her talk, he offers her a shot. After one too many shots of tequila Beck finds himself married with Cassie. Annulment is out of the window after their night together. After starting to get to know Cassie, Beck doesn’t want to let her go while Cassie is ready to run. Through out the story we see their struggles and how their relationship evolves. Beckett and Cassie’s story is hot, sad and sweet combined in to one. If you still didn’t start reading it, I totally recommend you to start 🙂
