Ohhh how I missed the Jameson action. I was a bit late to join the Jameson Force Security crew. If I am not mistaken, I first read the 3rd book and of course, at the end, I went back and started from the first 🙂 They can all be read as standalone, but I really enjoyed the series so why not start from the beginning. Code Name: Tiara is the seventh book of the Jameson Force Security series. Even though it is not as action-packed as the previous books, I loved the slow burn romance induced with the right amount of action.
Jackson Gale is a former Navy Seal. Being 3rd generation navy and later decide to take a different path with his like puts a strain between Jack and his father. Jackson is happy with his decision to become a part of Jameson until his latest assignment. Kynan asks him to protect Camille Winterbourne, who is the princess of Bretaria. Jackson is dreading being a babysitter for a spoiled royal. But after meeting Camille, he soon realizes that his assumptions were far off base. Princess Camille will become the official heir on her 25th birthday and before taking over the throne, she wants to have a last hooray before shouldering a huge responsibility. Her last hooray will be two weeks of traveling through the USA. She is excited about her trip, however, when she learns that her dad hired a security team to accompany her instead of their head of security, she knows something is not right. Before trying to figure out what they are not telling her, she has her first run-in with her new security team. Their chemistry is sizzling from the start and for Jackson, it is a surprise with each and every turn because Camille is nothing like he imagined. Their relationship starts strictly business but along the way, it starts to become more. Since they are both aware that after their two weeks are up, their roads will lead them in two opposite directions, so they decide why not add more benefits to their time together with an expiration date. I loved the banter, friendship, and emotional bonding they develop over the course of their relationship. Even though they put an expiration date, mixing business with pleasure might not be as straightforward as they thought when emotions get in the mix. Will a royal and a commoner be able to find a way to combine two different worlds? Will their love be able to come over traditions, expectations, and all the differences? That is for you to find out 🙂
Jackson and Camille will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, banter, chemistry, and fun. Compared to the previous books in the series, Code Name: Tiara is on the softer side of suspense and action, but it was still an entertaining, emotional story with a sprinkling of action here and there.
